Cylinder & Pistons MK2
Back from work... Nice!
Finally had to rebore, +020, which implies my cylinder had not been rebored before.
The pistons are 7.5 to1, split shirt type. This should be a big improvement in both
compression & noise, as the former pistons at the end had something like 0.75 mm
clearance, with piston slap like you've never heard before. The cam followers were also
quite bad, surfaces were redone with impressive result.
More when it's back on the bike & run in.
