Title: Cable length

Hi guys after a bit of a lay off I decided to get My A7 out.  It is a 1949 a7 star twin. I am going to use a 626  concentric carb on it.  I was wondering if anyone knows what the gifference between the inner and outer cable is?  All the cables I have in the shop are too short.  I went by the guide lines in the walridge catalogue but 3 9/16 is too short.  Thanks Jeff

Not what you are looking for but the differential is the langth of the mixing chamber + the distance from the cable stop to the barrel hole in the twistgrip.
The latter ca vary greatly

Yes, the length of the cable assembly is only important for smooth curves. What counts is the amount of difference in length, hence cable travel.
