Title: Front shock absorbers for earls forks

I am restoring a Golden Flash with Earls type front forks, the length of the shocks on this are 13" from hole to hole, now my question is what should be the correct poundage for this? I am intending to use this with an outfit, I know that with the rear shocks, they say suitable for 110Lbs etc but never state anything for front forks.
