I want to change the bearing in the bracket. The number of the new one is 65-5883. 7/8 x 2 x 9/16. The width of the new one is 9/16" = 14.287mm. The width of the old one is about 13.10mm. Where can I buy a new one? Thanks for your help.

For some reason the 13.1mm bearing has been ground to that size,
In your photo the sharp edges on the faces of the bearing are not standard, they always have a radius
As to why *????* I do not know

Thanks John. The gap under the circlip is about 13.40mm.

This bearing is listed as "Rear Hub Bearing" Part 65 5883. The size is referred to as "Imperial" in other words dimensions in inches, not a metric size. This bearing is the same as the widely available rear wheel bearings, so one of these will do from your usual spares supplier.
If you order from a bearing supplier, often a cheaper idea, give the imperial dimensions, or search online for a bearing reference number matching these dimensions.
My manual lists this bearing as LS 9 (Hoffmann) or RLS 7 (Skefco) This was printed in 1960. LJ7/8 is the more modern reference, a sealed type is a good choice.
The circlip groove may not be machined in the correct place and your old bearing has been ground down to fit. The bearing reference may be stamped on the unground face, but as we say "Sod's Law" means the ground side was the side with the reference stamped on it. Also this may not be the correct size anyway, and a near size bearing adapted to fit.

Indeed, I've ordered new bearings RHP LJ7/8, (open bearing, not sealed) also two for my rear wheel. And we adjust the bracket to the right size. Thanks for your info.
