Never had an issue with mine, seems like quite a snug fit in the head. Just bang it in and bolt it up.

Post by: sean on 17.02. 2024 20:54: dont know where you are but several places sell exh pipe expanders but measure and check often you cant make the OD smaller but you can make it bigger

If you use silicone or other sealer be careful NOT to allow any of the sealer "ball up" in front of the pipe going into the head *ex*
A lump of sealer will cause a "hot spot"
Which can and will lead to valve failure *eek*
