Title: Lucas Tail Lamp Assembly Mounting

Can anyone please advise if there is any gasket between the Lucas Tail Lamp Assembly and the number plate on a 1958 A10 Golden Flash or is the Lamp Assembly hard mounted onto the number plate?
Any comments appreciated.

i can only recall a rubber seal between the lens and fitting.

Mine doesn’t have one between the light fixture and the number plate
 I don’t think the parts book shows one either
