Title: Custom size oil pipes
Post by: Nomad54 on 30.07. 2025 16:41
Hi I am looking to get new oil pipes made for my 1963 a10 goldflash. I am fitting a remote oil filter and am looking to get oil pipes to go from crank case to oil filter. Crank case to oil tank and oil filter to oil tank. Does anyone know where I could get these made up from.

I bought some suitable pipe and made my own. This was on the semi-unit, Plunger engine. If you want braided pipe, that would be another matter.

Try your local hydraulic/Industrial Hose company who offer hose assemblies, just explain low pressure application and fortunately your BSA has BSP threads

Not an answer to your question but this setup (see pics) uses the standard hoses.

Hi Nomad54, I posted photos of my setup here a few days ago. Cheap to cut the elbow at the oil tank on the return line, flare both cut ends and fit an oil-resistant hose with clamps. No issues to date after 8 years.
