Hi. Does anybody know if all 'CA10RR' prefixed Road-Rocket engines were for export and all 'CA10R' engines for the UK market or were they a mix. Any help much appreciated. Thanks, Peter

Hi
I live in Canada and my 56 engine is a CA10RR. I hope this helps. Jeff

Hi, my CA10RR lives in Australia !! Bob.

I was always under the impression that Road rocket engines were CA10RR and Super Rocket engines were CA10R.
Interesting.

super rocket engines are DA10R

Not so rocket man.
The first Super Rockets were CA10R.
The DA10R engine was introduced in 1960.

Hi Again. Interesting to read to replies. Perhaps now it seems that all export Road-Rockets had the 'CA10RR' prefix whatever country they were destined for? Does anyone have a genuine UK R/Rocket with the 'RR' prefix? I have some early 55 R/Rocket (USA only) crankcases without the 'RR' which may prove that they could be either 'CA10R' or 'CA10RR' whatever market they were sold to

My engine is a CA10RR
I bought the bike in Britain, but have no idea of the history of the engine.

I have two 55 crankcases and one 57, all from the US I believe and they are all CA10R.
