Post by: Caretaker on 10.12. 2023 18:18: With Musk's despicable behavior, x's reprehensible new policies, a7a10 has left the building. As Twitter(x) turns into a pile of dung, will not associate the forum's name with it in any way.

A new info channel platform (useful in case of offlines, server problems etc) will be chosen, link will be posted.

Actually, was a bit flummoxed until I noticed the 10 year disparity with the posting dates.

Have no idea mate, don't do any social media (apart from this Forum), and don't have a 'smart phone'. I still have a Nokia brick which makes and receives wireless communications on PAYG. If I need to make a call, I just ask the other person to call me back as they usually have unlimited minutes on their devices. I think I've used about £1.00 of call allowance in 6 months (5p per call and text with no requirement to 'top up').

Sure our Forum is very social which is what we want, but it's a very long way from being anything remotely like FB etc.
