Title: Dimensions, Fork Bronze Bushes
Post by: Peter Gee on 20.02. 2016 06:33
Hi folks, would be very grateful if someone would kindly give the length, ID/OD (and also top hat lip size for the top bush,) of  standard A10/A7 fork bushes. I need some turned up for me.

I presume the bottom bush has an internal lip..since otherwise there is no way from stopping it sliding up and down the stanchion in use?

Cheers

BEfore you do any machining of bushes you need to carefully measure the fork sliders.
Most are out of round and tapered to boot so will need to be machined round and parallel.
Then you make the bushes to suit.
