Title: Unknown rear light bracket, can anyone tell me what make/model it's from please?
Post by: beesa71 on 06.04. 2017 22:15
I bought this recently out of interest and because I didn't know what it fits!

A browse of the 'net located these images (mine has gone for stove enamelling) and I wonder if anyone on here can help identify it machine/model fitment.

Hoping you can help.

Paul (aka beesa71 everywhere).

Prize; how about the hair I'm tearing out trying to find out what it's from!

I'm still no closer to identifying it, been asking all me biker pals and none can help.

Regards to all and do please shout up if you know what it was OEM on.

Paul.

This might be way off the mark friend, but I really want to say old Japanese.

Im only guessing that because of how its made, very efficiently.

I want to say early to mid 60s? *conf*

It takes the Lucas 679 tail light assembly (variously described as being introduced in 1964 - 66), it has 'Imperial' threads and was in a very British colour of green.

Thanks for your interest all, please keep thoughts coming.

Paul.
