I searched the net for screws to fit the gearbox inspection cover (1/4 cei x 7/16 No 24-7178) and the only ones that I can find are from USA (Too much postage).
I looked through the screws that I already have and 1/4 BSF look very close.
Are they close enough to use ?.

I'm using BSF Socket caps that I bought before I knew better, and work fine- I believe the only difference is the 55º/60º thread angle

others are also possible - often called clutch adjustment cover screws, I've bought them so they're out there

I just received this set from Stig fasteners ,UK. Haven't used any of it yet but it looks good. Price was reasonable
