Title: Primary cover
Post by: coater87 on 28.07. 2017 13:33
 I have 2 primary covers.

One has the clutch adjustment access hole, the other does not.

About what years were these used, and were they both for A10?

The one without the hole was badly chrome plated. On my way to chrome shop today, and thinking about having it stripped and polished. Just wondering if its worth doing or if its for a c11 or something like that.

The clutch adjustment hole was introduced in 1960 to coincide with the new 4 spring clutch.

Thank you Billy,

I will get it stripped and polished.  *smile*

I might add that the two hole primary was also used on the Gold Star, although it still used the six spring clutch.
