Title: A Series up to 1953 - Crankshaft Shim
Post by: Terryb on 26.09. 2018 15:41
Hi Guy's, I have a mate who has an 1953 A10 Plunger and needs some help. He requires  the Bearing Shim part no.67-349 that is on the drive side of the crankshaft. His has disintegrated and he has been unsuccessful in locating one. Can anybody help? he lives in the Camberley area and is prepared to travel. If anybody can help, please let me know and I'll either pass it on or give you his contact details. Thanks.

Looks like one could be made at home fairly easily.

I think that the shim has a rim around the outside. if you look at the parts book it definitely shows a rim, but maybe this isn't essential?
