Title: Clutch locking plate for a plunger
Post by: spanersc on 03.10. 2018 14:23
Hi All.  Does anyone happen to know the part number of a clutch locking plate that would be suitable for a plunger clutch set-up?
There are plenty advertised for the later S/A type of 6 spring clutch but I cannot find one to suit a plunger listed.
Any help appreciated as always.
Best Regards, Pete

If you have some spare plates (old ones are fine) two bolts and nuts and a length of steel, then they are easy to make

G'day spanersc.
I just put it in gear and lock the rear brake. A rattle gun (air impact driver) works well.
Been meaning to make one for years. Thanks for reminding me Bill.
Cheers
