My Plungie has a steering lock, so yours may be suitable for the bike.

hi GB,the frame has not got the steering lock bit on it, going great guns sorting bits out but finding other bits i need. the frame has 2 small dia tubes below the oil tank and air filter box, i have not seen that on my other plunger frames, have you got it on your later frame?

What do these tubes connect, how big are they? I certainly have nothing on Josef's 1951 bike unless you are talking about the two lower tubes of the rear subframe.
