Title: footrests
Post by: RDfella on 27.03. 2020 19:08
Am plodding on with the project (A10 S/A frame) and wondering whether anyone had a pic of what rearset footrests look like on these. I may have to go that way to keep the right knee away from the magneto. Thanks in advance,

Hi RD
The rear set mounts are welded onto the inside of the pillion footrest loop
Look for a Gold Star pic
The mounting lugs have a hexagonal hole and (without checking) the footrest "hanger" has a bi hex hole
I bought the mounting lugs from Autocycle Eng for my replica GS project
Just an example of the assembly from fleabay  *eek*

Thanks for that, John. Looks simpler than I'd imagined.
