Title: What wheel is this Qualcast hub stamped with XR 30

Does anybody know what hub/ wheel this is? the hub is a Qualcast casting stamped with XR30. It was fitted to a BSA S29 I bought some years ago but didn't fit that. Ariel and Triumph used Qualcast that I know of.
