Alfasuds looked a bit like that too, as I recall. Left you with a flat-four engine sitting on the street!

Brilliant, they truly were - while they held together! But I wonder how many there are left?? A handful at best I'd guess.

That could have come from my garage floor - twice. Each time it was the first ‘great project’ bought by my two sons. Thankfully it’s been ‘once bitten’ and they’re more selective these days.

I recognise that bike, and that shiny bit is part of it's history and was how John Lennon/ Harold Wilson/Simon and Garfunkel had it when they owned it way back when.
