To release the axle before adjusting the rear chain on my Plungie I use these two biggies; a 3/4 Whit and 5/8 Whit.

Yes, I have a huge 'King Dick' 🙄

GB can i borrow your huge one--- KING DICK
-
Nah Bergs, if you're going the whole hog you want the 3rd one down here, or even bigger!
1/2 and 5/8 W stunted-growth adolescents on top, 1" 5/16 AF at bottom, but the Big Brit Ring gets the King Dick grown-up prize hereabouts. Can't think I have EVER used it mind (too heavy to handle easily really), but it was on an autojumble stall somewhere for pennies, so I thought I'd give it a home.

the biggest spanner i have ever seen was at the coking plant where i worked. it was about 25ft long and the hex end was hauled up to the oven tops and put on nuts that were about 6inch across the flats. then the geezer at the bottom would walk it along to tighten the tie bars that ran across the ovens. apart from that i bet i see some spanners when i get to the pub today *whistle* *beer* *beer*

G'day Fellas.
This was given to me after the fire. 5/8 - 3/4 BSA #13 spanner. Fits the rear wheel axle nuts.
Cheers
