Title: Service sheets??

Can anyone point me in the right direction for the plunger service sheets that used to be a sticky in this section and now seem to have disappeared? (I'm now being directed to a dutch forum for which I have no access).
I think I need to buy a paper copy but there's no chance of getting that before tomorrow.

I have a hard copy "BSA Rigid/Plunger/Swing Arm A7 & A10 Master Service Sheets" can't remember where I got it.
