Hi Emilio's
When I first purchased my Plunger the clutch was rather stiff and when I dismantled it the plates were warn the springs were nearly fully compressed, therefor I renewed the lot and then everything was OK.
So my advice to you is dismantle the clutch and have a look for the plate wear

A well working 6 spring clutch should be easy and comfortable to operate. As broom34 writes, time to start the investigation. Is the cable in fine shape? Then check that all parts are as they should be, lots of clutch info already on the forum. Service sheets etc here (http://www.a7a10.net/forum/index.php/board,17.0.html).

Have a good look at the angle between the clutch cable and the lever on the gearbox.
When pulled in fully it should be a little less than 90 deg.
If not then the leverage is working against you and the clutch will be heavy.
I have even seen some so badly adjusted that instead of swinging the clutch you were trying to stretch the cable
