A 2ba nut tucked behind the spring, interesting mod!
Off to retrieve my crank & cases from local engine suppliers, asked them to press in new D/s bearing & check end float.
Apparently bearing journal 3/4 of a thou bigger than bearing & has a taper. Now how did that happen!!
At least end float won't be an issue!!!
