ihave finally started rebuilding top end  i have .040 hepolight pistons  barrell has been honed but i thimk it my need sum more wot it the max clearence ? also need sum tuning tips its a 58 super rocket ally head single carb scrambler cam roller conversion . just not sure on jet sizes and timing the motor was built by beeza bill (ride in peace) has any one got sum specs on this or a dyno set up

You might want to mention the compression ratio (or describe the piston top if unsure),
and what carburetor size/type you're planning to use. A 10TT9/concentric or monoblock will all have different settings.
Have you measured the piston to bore clearance at all? Is this a fresh bore or an old bore rehoned?

orr yea it 9to1 carby is amal 930 old bore and have 4 thou clearence
