Title: A10 Plunger 42t Rear Drum / Sprocket availability

My A10 Plunger is currently running sidecar gearing (19/49) and I'd like to move to a 42t rear drum / sprocket. My question is, are these available anywhere?

I got a new 42 tooth for a rigid from Lightning Spares a few of years back. C&D also did 'em.
