Title: A10 S/A gearbox

Hi everyone just rebuilt my gearbox 1959 s/a a10 , New bearings bushes throughout all marks line up goes into gear with out the outer casing on all though it seem a bit stiff ,but when i put the outer cover on it will go into first and then thats it no gears or neutral , any ideas ? thanks .

with the outer cover on try just slackening the screws and nuts a little at a time, I had to put two gaskets on mine to get all four gears
