After your post yesterday I did some research to find there has been an Afghan air force for quite some time .
Lots of different opinions about it from having no functional attack aircraft to having no ammo right through to militants murdering the pilots & /or their families in their homes.
So taking a broad sweep through them and in particular the sites that listed the actual planes, the bulk seem to be observation training & transport.
Not all that many combat aircraft .
looks like about 1/3 of the functional ones were uses to flee Afghanistan so looks like there might be a lot more to the story .
