really great post GB enjoyed watching it last night , some quite sophisticated (for the day ) kit involved , shows the machine tools were there but weren't deemed a requirement by the motorcycle industry and we know where that lead to !! Bob

I thought that for a moment but then that was wartime and it was Rolls Royce. I bet during both European wars BSA's equipment was reliable and their productivity excellent.

Yes it certainly was and in many ways BSA management were way ahead of the government of the day/s, did a presentation about this some years ago, will try to get it into form to show here
