What parts would you make?
« on: 19.12. 2015 23:50 »
There must be cottage industries all over that make parts for classic vehicles, be it a BSA or a Hudson.

If you had to pick a couple of parts for our bikes that you would like to made, good quality stuff, what parts would they be?

I myself would like to see good cast iron cylinder blocks, and gearbox gears.

i wouldnt mind a set of alluminium barrels nikoseal coated like a modern bike made for the a10.
they would have to be well finished though with straight fins.  heilicoiled threads.
also use the lighter a65 cam followers.

Yes I'd second Edboy's choice of alloy barrels.
We would all like to see better quality of the parts that are being made.
Cheers
