Oops yes of course the swing arm singles do not have the same inner  *respect*

Now if my bike had the long type inner....the guard could be shifted back and look better so another item on the shopping list  *problem*

A good rider periodically checks all nuts and bolts with a spanner to see that they are tight - Instruction Manual for BSA B series, p46, para 2.
