Maybe a couple of conditions-of-use for the "Wanted & For Sale" category should be:

1. A seller post immediately when the item is gone.
2. A hunter post immediately when they have found what they were trying to buy.

Saves some trouble for buyers and sellers.

and of course, when posting, please state

>>>> 'Wanted' \ 'For sale' (or similar) in the title <<<<

And when all done, original poster could (should) edit title, something like 'SOLD' or 'GOT IT' in front of topic title in 1st post.

Slightly less important, but an 'hooray - fixed it' is also nice once proffered advice has been employed and has worked.
