Hi, I'm reading conflicting figure for both the timing and tappet clearance on my 1953 plunger, any ideas please?

Figs I seem to remember are 10 and 10 cold for a 53 ,I'll wait to be shot down

According to a post between Trev and MG sometime ago MG states if a 356 cam it would be 8 and 10 , cheers Bob
