Probably but you will lose a bit of capacity with the short stroke.
Apparently A10 cranks are used in A65s so the reverse should be possible.

I could be, and probably are, wrong but I seem to recall that a A65 has a larger timing side journal than a A10. The big ends are the same dia in a A65 as a large journal A10 but I think the timing side journal is larger. If it is it might not be possible to put a A65 crank in a A10 without major surgery. Plus there is also the problem of the A65 having a alternater type crank.

If anyone has a A65 manual perhaps they could look up the journal dia.

Sorry, but seems like a pointless exercise unless you just want to keep something running no matter what; *conf*
Started building in about 1977/8 a on average '52 A10 -built from bits 'n pieces never resto intended -maybe 'personalised'
Have a '74 850T Moto Guzzi since '92-best thing I ever bought doesn't need a kickstart 'cos it bump starts sooooooooo(mostly) easy

Brian is correct the A65 manual for 1962-65 gives the sizes as inner 1.500"-1.5005" outer 1.6285"-1.630 width .940"-.960 so they are larger than for the A10 looking at the Haynes manual.

The A65 has a different size drive side journal as well but it should be possible, as Brian says, with a bit of surgery.
