can I swap A10 forks/wheel onto an M20?

Can anyone tell me if my A10 forks and wheel etc are a straight swap for my M20 items? Obviously they are different, but will they fit without surgery? *conf*

The complet front end including wheel & guard will drop strait in .
The bearings are the same size.
Measure the height of the steering stem as you might need to put some packing piecses onder the top clamp plate.
From memory the plungers has a longer stem and drop down top plate than the swingarm and that was across the entire range.

Thank you kindly Trevor👍. Both bikes are plunger, the M20 is 1951 and the A10 is from 1952 so there shouldn't be a problem. I'll check the stem height though, as you recomend. I was thinking of swapping to improve stop power, but since adjusting the M20's brakes yesterday(much improved!!) I was wondering, do you think the A10 brakes would be significantly better *dunno* 🤔
