Nothing important, but has anyone got any idea why two holes are provided on the swing arm rear brake torque arm fixing bracket? All the torque arms that I have seen have only have two holes ( one at either end)  for the brake plate and swing arm anchorage points. So that left me wondering what the second hole on the swing arm bracket was meant to be for. Taking a look in the Gold Star parts book, the illustration of the rear brake torque arm shows just a hole at either end. Could the second swing arm bracket hole be a legacey from an earlier chain guard fitting arrangement perhaps? Like I said I am just being curious.
