Tank chrome platers
« on: 22.07. 2016 17:42 »
Hi I'm trying to get my a10 petrol tank re-chromed  I've found this on the web the price seems ok but I wondered if any body had any dealings with them  the firm is called www.chromefix.co.uk and there based in Birmingham. They copper coat the tanks before chroming.   *????*

A.C.F. Howell in Walsall is where I took my tank and other bits. I'm still happy with their work four years later.

Howells are spot on when it comes to plating, not cheap, but you get what you pays for. I've stuff on the bike that's been plated by them some years ago and it's still good.
