 I was following this in 2012 until  I got a bug *eek*

Started building in about 1977/8 a on average '52 A10 -built from bits 'n pieces never resto intended -maybe 'personalised'
Have a '74 850T Moto Guzzi since '92-best thing I ever bought doesn't need a kickstart 'cos it bump starts sooooooooo(mostly) easy

 Thing is I'd never really entertained the notion of visiting the US of A, until I saw some of the bits of this- be a heck of a trip; aah and I met a couple of fun girls from Austin Tx

That's unbelievable. It shames me for being concerned about the 40 mile ride from my home to the starting point (and back) for the Chicago Distinguished Gentleman's Ride. Looking at the videos, the one of Victor Boocock being interviewed in the Nevada desert was pretty interesting. The man had ridden more than 2000 miles across America WITHOUT A MAP! I would love to get to one of the rest points along the way to see the collection.
