Speedo mount
« on: 13.10. 2016 19:39 »
Hi all, I'm looking to replace the rubber spacers on the speedo and tachometer mounts for my super rocket but having trouble finding new ones. Could anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance

You could try Dragonfly, I do believe they have such items.

Hey Dave,  Failing TTJohns suggestion you could try some tap (fawcett) washers.  They are readily available and inexpensive.  I use 2 under each mounting bolt.

I have rubber speedo mounts on the Super Rocket but not on the Bitsa A10 (same sppedo mounting on top yolk). When I took my speedo to the repairers I asked about rubber mounts an d he advised agaist them as the movement they allow can lea to speedo problems.
Mind you, I am about to take the non-rubber mounted speedo bak yet again as the odometer under reads!
