There isn't anything like that on my Plunger. Could it be part of a seat hinge?

it may be off an A10 but don't think BSA put it on, however I am not the all seeing eye by a long chalk

Hi is it possible to fit a twin leader into a swinging arm flash `956 year and if so what do you need to do.

 I dont think thats an original A-10 part at all.

 It may have been for some type of luggage mount or saddle bag mount maybe?
