kickstart pinion sleeve washer

My gearbox has the Kickstart Pinion Sleeve Washer, part number 67-3161, missing. Draganfly quote it as a 3/4 X 1 1/8. Is there anything special about this washer? Does any-one happen to know how thick it is.
