Thats petrol  *smile* *smile* It was popping and farting so I took the jet out, see if it had any crap in it, it didnt but we have since sorted the problem, the timing was well out and only in a short space of time ( 2 mins) it had started blueing the exhausts  *eek* *eek* But its all sorted and runs like a dream, cant wait to get it MOT'd and get out the open road with it  *smile*

Many Thanks for all the comments, We have been working on the bike even more, we used an old gearbox adjusting bolt and it looked naff so we bought a new one, anyway this meant we had to take the clutch and casing off so we took the oppurtunity to fit a Bob Newby Belt Drive clutch  too  *smile*

Absolutely brilliant  *smile*

Havent got pictures of it completed unfortunately but it was a dream to fit, didn't take long at all  *smile*

Half Fitted

Wont be long before its MOT'd  *smile* *smile*

If you want to run as police bike it needs to be an a10a alternator model which has a special crankshaft to take the alternator which is fitted in the primary caseing.
