does this head fits my engine for my golden flash A10?

It will fit OK.

You will need head bolts, rocker box studs and rear sleeve nuts to suit the light alloy head.

 If you have a Plunger motor with standard small fin barrels, it'll fit but look a bit funny.

 If you're not concerned about looks, no probs; I had to do it years ago to keep riding

Have a '74 850T Moto Guzzi since '92-best thing I ever bought doesn't need a kickstart 'cos it bump starts sooooooooo(mostly) easy

Remember you'll also need the thick, load spreading washers underneath the heads of the head bolts.
