How the F%#$@&^
« on: 22.03. 2017 23:02 »
I have just put the bare crank cases back into my PLUNGER frame minus the head & Dynamo...
Whats the trick to get the RIGHT hand side Dynamo bracket back on?    *problem*

From memory I think the right side plate (only) needs to be attached loosely to its case before putting the cases in the frame.
Have a feeling something else has to happen too. .. I'll get back on that one

Today I spent a couple of hours wiggling it from all directions...   no go...   *pull hair out*
Finally I packed the $#!*$ and unbolted the motor, put it on & put the motor back in..
Apparently the TRICK to this exercise is...  put the Bl00DY thing on first..   ::hh::
All good now.... Thanx..

No wuzzas Wozza, but I still haven't come up with whatever else I may have had in mind- maybe just that;  but thinking it's something to do with one of the through-studs or maybe dynamo strap or other down the rhs  *dunno*,
