There ARE some specialists building new crank assys, Norton and Triumph are the most common, but I did see a reference to BSA but I dont recall what model BSA,, the problem is there are so many applications for BSA and the demand is low.
IIRC its a US shop and the prices were around $1200-1500 for the crank and suggested rods were another 800 or so.
I am considering some cranks for alternative Norton twin engine combos. (not stock bore and stroke) But its not a priority right now.  The question I had is with such low production numbers and my limited budget I am loathe to invest the money and find out they are not up to my expectations.
But, more to the point, what is your goal and intentions? Racing?.,,,  Do you need/want a late A10 crank typical of the RGS?  If so, I might be able to help.  There is several sources for a Carillo type rod as well and properly machined and setup, is more than adequate for anything short of Land speed racing or several seasons in vintage racing.
