machine shops?

hi gents
anyone recommend where to get engine work done
looking for somewhere to grind the crank and the timing side bush to match the crank if thats how its done?
also need a rebore if sleeves can be bored out? otherwise new sleeves.
i know of srm but hoping for somewhere a bit cheaper and nearer to me (kent)
any contact information would be much appreciated

Not sure how near or cheap compared to SRM, but modusengineservices.co.uk at Langton Green near Tunbridge Wells are an option.

Try Liddel & Bailey in Faversham did my small journal crank for me and a great job they did, it wasn't spark eroded but rib welded then re ground to the original size, not cheap but you only get what you pay for.
