Gear change shaft bush
« on: 05.01. 2018 11:45 »
Hi guys I’ve just bought a “new” outer gear box cover, and I’m installing new bushes in both kickstart and gear shift. Kick start was fine. But the new gear shift bush has a flange. The one already installed doesn’t
Is that right? Or is this the wrong bush?

Depends on whether your bike is plunger or swinging arm.

The plunger and rigid boxes use a non flanged bush in the outer cover part 67 3140.

The swinging arm boxes use a flanged bush 67 3353.

Both use a flanged bush in the inner cover part 67 3170.
