Avoid new made rings in hepolite boxes, many dealers who supply new hepolite pistons replace the rings with others due to quality issues.

Good rings are not cheap but cheap poor quality workout much more expensive.

gandini rings made in Italy for bsa is what it used to say on the boxes and they are the dogs bollocks. srm once sent me a set of rings in a plastic bag and after fitting them the bike spewed neat oil out the exhausts. after blueing the bores and testing the rings they were shaped like old threepenny bits srm apoligised for there rings and blamed the supplier . I have used gandinis for years top of the shop rolls Royce precision

Usually I get rings from Total Seal.
Down side is I have to get a friend in the states to order them because the morons who have the Australian exclusive franchise carry no stock, order them as needed sent by priority air freight, double or triple the cost then still hit be for $ 30 post & pack.

My recent Draganfly order contained Gandini rings although I never specified them.

G'Day Simon,
I am sure you won't take 33 years like I did *roll*. Most of what I did I could not remember doing. But I did keep lots of photos.
