Hi All, Silly question but, where does the rubber cylindrical washer go, between the frame and tank? or under fixing nut and washer?

Hi Tone,
It should go into the top of the tank and sit snugly in a recess underneath the washer and bolthead

p.s. you also should have some rubber pads between the frame and tank.
