G'day duTch. It's a 30 weight oil so could be used in your front forks or even as a winter engine oil. BUT it can't be mixed with mineral oil so whatever it goes in must be fully cleaned of any other oil.
It's really only a two stroke oil for mixing with fuel (petrol or methanol). The last time I bought Castrol R30 it was $45/Lt.
Cheers

No wuzzas, I had a look in Supercheap (SCA), $32+/Litre... no doubt watered down$$hitload$$$..

Then I stopped at a place up the road from me that does/makes handmade soap and body stuff,
$40/litre for 100% cold- pressed food grade... How much I stick in a 13L (2,1/2 gal)tank  to smell good?  *smile*

Ok sweet- I might halve that for starters and I don't expect any extra bang or anything- except to my potentially already overblown ego  *eek*and olfactory senses, especially combined with RGSBills wintergreen oil , but should I expect doing any tuning changes, or expect any detrimentals for any reason ?

 Keeping me entertained... *smile*

Then again a can of the proper stuff (Castrol R 30 or 40) will last for years if just used as a petrol additive.
Or am I being a bit slow on the uptake?!

I use about 3Lt a year as a fuel additive, @250:1 = 750Lt = 25,000Km on the BSA or 11,000Km on the Honda.

Soooo- just exactly what benefit is it as a fuel additive other than maybe an upper cylinder/valve lube ?

I use tetraboost octane booster because I want maximum performance and don't want to keep retarding the timing and dropping compression for the utter crap fuel we are now offered. plus it stops the carb jets gumming/varnishing up when the bikes stood for a while if I forget to run the carb dry *smile*

The smell duTch, the smell, just like at the speedway. Yes it does help lube the top end.
I use Nulon Pro Strength Octane Boost as well to get the rating up over 105. Some riders behind me say the smell is great but their eyes sting.

I bought ~200ml today from the soap shop for $8 , so'll put some in tomorrow and see whut happens...Wikipedia gives the 2007 global (bulk) price @ ~$0.90/kg, so not a bad markup....

To go back to GB's original post and not become a octane-boost thread, I'm still wondering what that thing does though; guessing it must leak oil- perfect for a BeeSA *eek*

Well yes, I figured that which is why I've never used 'em, (and exited areas when they were used to 'disguise' an aroma in a hurry... ;)......) ..and you didn't mention 'toxic'  *eek*

........ No, not a Pom, a pong!
.     *conf2*  yeah? same-same..... oh you mean not a game- no 'ping' ?..... *smile*

So anyway, I take it that label is photo-shopped onto the bottle or what it is ?  I no longer care...I put ~25ml (Grm) into a empty 1Litre oil bottle to top-up to add to a pre-filled tank, but the bugga fell over while I wasn't watching...so I'm not sure what ml/Gal I ended up with (maybe 25ml/2,1/12 Gal), but on my errants I couldn't smell anything and no untoward change otherwise, so may need to up the ante.... *work*....

For what it's worth I did a bit more of a search, and found a guy selling straight Castor Oil for R/C engines 100% cold-pressed ; 5L/$45, and had to pass within 5K's of him yesterday so stopped by and collected it...makes it a bit more viable..... *smile*
