I take your point Bill ,life is or should be good whenever you were born ,being young is wonderful ! however, I'm still glad I grow up when I did ,the 60's were all in all a great time to grow up indeed my better half often tells me I'm acting like a kid ,I simply quote " inside every 68 yr old theres a 16 yr old wondering what the f**c happened " cleaned up slightly of course for her ears ! without the rose tinted glasses i was blessed with loving parents (who knew when to cut the apron strings ,I first rode to london on an A10 in August 1966 ) found the right girl early on  (18) married at 20 ,2 kids and a mortgage by 24 plus an A10 in the shed and was running a 3.8 mk 2 jag and pleased to say still together, this yr 48 yrs married . No I loved the 60's/70's  *lol* *beer*

Yes every thing then seemed new and most likely was, I'm a year ahead of you on the marriage stakes, so next year will be one of the big anniversaries (hope that's right I'm forever getting 68 and 69 mixed up)  *????*

My wife and I got married in 1970, as well, (the A10 and I got married in 1973). Three grown up children with four granddaughters between them.
